It should include anything that inspires you. For example, create a story about where you see yourself in five years. Include details such as the specific brand and type of shoes you'll be wearing, the job you have, and the furniture in each room of your home. A vision board should be created for the areas of your life that you want to improve, so if it includes 2 or 3 specific areas, so be it.
